Securely support, align, and mount piping

In plant engineering, piping must not only be supported but also precisely aligned and securely fastened in a stable manner.

Simple pipe clamps quickly reach their limits, especially with larger nominal diameters and varying installation heights. Pipe supports offer a technically sound solution in these cases:

They enable secure support, precise height adjustment, and reliable load distribution—even under demanding conditions.

What are the benefits of using pipe supports?

Pipe supports play a key role in plant engineering: they ensure safe load-bearing, enable precise alignment, and facilitate the efficient installation of piping and fittings.

Precise alignment

The stepless threaded system allows for precise alignment of the piping to perfectly compensate for on-site tolerances.

Efficient installation

This intuitive technology significantly reduces the amount of installation work required on-site and speeds up the entire project process.

No mounting holes need to be drilled in the floor.

Can be adjusted at any time

Thanks to their modular design, the supports can be easily detached, moved, and realigned as needed, even after initial installation.

Stress-free storage

Special plastic pads prevent localized stress and allow the pipes to expand thermally with minimal friction.

Lasting security

High-quality stainless steel and composite materials ensure durability even in damp environments.

Design and Function of Pipe Supports

Pipe supports consist of several components that ensure stability, precise alignment, and safe load-bearing capacity. The base distributes the load evenly, while the spindle allows for precise height adjustment. This enables pipes to be positioned reliably and supported securely over the long term.

Pipe support (polypropylene)

Pipe support (polypropylene)

A polypropylene pipe support is a lightweight, durable, and chemically resistant support that protects and stabilizes pipes.

It ensures even load distribution while dampening noise and vibrations in fittings, thereby extending their service life.

Supports for pipes are designed as half-shells, while supports for fittings are designed as plates.

Load cell (stainless steel)

Load cell (stainless steel)

A stainless steel load-bearing support is a heavy-duty fastener that safely absorbs, distributes, and transfers the weight forces from piping and fittings to the supporting structure in a controlled manner—thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the entire piping system.

Adjusting nut (red brass)

Adjusting nut (red brass)

A red brass adjusting nut is a corrosion-resistant adjustment element used in piping systems for the precise height and position adjustment of pipe and fitting supports.

This allows for fine-tuning during installation, including to compensate for manufacturing tolerances.

Adapter (PVC/Aluminum*)

Adapter (PVC/Aluminum*)

An adapter is a connecting element that serves as a spacer, connector, or transition piece, combining mechanical stability with material separation.

Base body (PVC, die-cast aluminum, stainless steel)

Base body (PVC, die-cast aluminum, stainless steel)

The base unit is the load-bearing foundation of a pipe and fitting support. You can think of it as the “foundation of the mounting bracket.”

PVC base unit | for heights of 100 mm to 225 mm

Die-cast aluminum base unit | for heights of 225 mm to 750 mm

Stainless steel base unit | for heights greater than 750 mm

Elastic sleeve (EPDM, Perbunan)

Elastic sleeve (EPDM, Perbunan)

An elastic sleeve is a flexible damping and sealing element that reduces vibrations and compensates for movement.

EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber)

Perbunan (NBR – nitrile rubber)

Die-cast aluminum base body: EPDM

Stainless steel base body: Perbunan
