Ozone plants based on plasma technology

Ozone plants in the field of water treatment are complex systems, and a wide range of experience is important for the correct process design.

Our range of services includes:

  • the optimal design and planning of ozone plants
  • the optimal design and planning of PSA plants for the supply of oxygen
  • plant manufacturing and testing
  • assembly and commissioning
  • service and maintenance

Oxygen is used exclusively as the feed gas for ozone generation in order to avoid the disturbing formation of nitrogen oxide. For plants up to approx. 5 kg/h, the oxygen is generated on site in so-called PSA (Pressure-Swing-Adsorption) plants. For large plants, liquid oxygen (LOX) is usually cheaper.

In addition to self-produced air-cooled plants with plasma technology in the capacity range up to approx. 1 kg/h, we use - especially for large plants - exclusively plants from well-known manufacturers.
