The initiative includes that the company will further develop and strengthen its market share in the market for water treatment systems. Fredrik Høie (right) is the new general manager of Hydro-Elektrik AS, and started in the position on 1 February this year. He takes over the position from Peter Paskert (left), who has run the company since its start-up in Norway in 2004.

Høie has extensive experience in technical and commercial sales and leadership, and previously worked as sales and marketing manager at Deltapump AS, which manufactures and supplies pump applications in maritime and industrial process solutions.

A company in strong growth

Hydro-Elektrik AS has experienced good growth in the Nordic market in recent years, and is currently in the middle of completing the project delivery of the water treatment plant at Tisjøen Vannverk in Eidsvoll municipality. Peter Paskert has been a very central person in this framework agreement, and is now moving into a role as a senior advisor within water treatment plants in the company.

When Fredrik Høie accepted to take over the role as general manager, he will, with his previous experience and knowledge, contribute to developing and commercially consolidating the company's position with growth in both new and established markets within water treatment. With the ambitions inherent in the company, he will strengthen the professional and technical delivery in Hydro-Elektrik AS in the future.

New role for Peter Paskert

Peter Paskert enters the newly created position of senior advisor. In this role, he will assist with planning, project support and quality control around the establishment of new water treatment plants in the future. They are both very much looking forward to embarking on the great venture ahead that lies in the plans for the company!
